- Awareness Program on ISO Management System, Documentation levels and concept for Management, Staff and Team Members.
Module 2 - Basic Planning & Gap Analysis
- Understanding the expectations of Top Management from Management System Implementation.
- Understanding the present organization activities / visit to the facilities and existing setup / meeting with core members who shall be directly involved in the implementation of ISO.
- Conducting specific gap analysis.
- Nomination of Core Team and Management Representative for System Implementation.
- Deriving specific formats.
Module 3 -Practical Implementation and Data Generation
- Department wise Implementation meetings
- Preparation of Management System Manual
- Preparation of Management Procedures
- Preparation of Documents as applicable
- Finalization of Work Instructions and Formats
- Finalization of Policy and Objectives
- Conducting Management Review Meeting
- Explaining the concept of internal Audits
- Training of internal auditors
Module 4 - Shadow Auditing
- Carrying out Shadow Audit and subsequent elimination of non-conformities
Module 5 - External Auditing

Final - Assessment by certifying body
