Module 1 - Training

  • Awareness Program on ISO Management System, Documentation levels and concept for Management, Staff and Team Members.

Module 2 - Basic Planning & Gap Analysis

  • Understanding the expectations of Top Management from Management System Implementation.
  • Understanding the present organization activities / visit to the facilities and existing setup / meeting with core members who shall be directly involved in the implementation of ISO.
  • Conducting specific gap analysis.
  • Nomination of Core Team and Management Representative for System Implementation.
  • Deriving specific formats.

Module 3 -Practical Implementation and Data Generation

  • Department wise Implementation meetings
  • Preparation of Management System Manual
  • Preparation of Management Procedures
  • Preparation of Documents as applicable
  • Finalization of Work Instructions and Formats
  • Finalization of Policy and Objectives
  • Conducting Management Review Meeting
  • Explaining the concept of internal Audits
  • Training of internal auditors

Module 4 - Shadow Auditing

  • Carrying out Shadow Audit and subsequent elimination of non-conformities

Module 5 - External Auditing
